Romans 8:28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.

Psalm 149:4 (NIV) For the Lord takes delight in His people; He crowns the humble with victory.

Thought: What makes God happy? You do.

He personally carried our sins in his body on the cross so that we can be dead to sin and live for what is right. By his wounds you are healed. - 1 Peter 2:24

Today’s Scripture: Psalms 144:2 (NLT): He is my loving ally and my fortress, my tower of safety, my deliverer. He stands before me as a shield, and I take refuge in him. He subdues the nations under me.

Today’s Thought: God is our rock. He is our healer, deliverer, our help in time of need and our friend (just to name a few attributes). You can trust Him. He will never leave you!

Today’s Prayer: Lord, help me learn to trust You in every area of my life. In Jesus’ name I pray, amen!

Remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the error of his way will save him from death and cover over a multitude of sins. —James 5:20

Romans 15:5-6 - 5 May the God who gives endurance and encouragement give you the same attitude of mind toward each other that Christ Jesus had, 6 so that with one mind and one voice you may glorify the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Deuteronomy 8:1-3 NIV Be careful to follow every command I am giving you today, so that you may live and increase and may enter and possess the land that the LORD promised on oath to your forefathers. Remember how the LORD your God led you all the way in the desert these forty years, to humble you and to test you in order to know what was in your heart, whether or not you would keep his commands. He humbled you, causing you to hunger and then feeding you with manna, which neither you nor your fathers had known, to teach you that man does not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of the LORD.

Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever. 1 Chronicles 16:34
