B is for Bow. Bow before the Lord with thankfulness for all that He has given you.

B is for: Be active - idle time will kill you.

Be is for: Be good to yourself, you deserve it!

B is for Beautiful. Beauty comes from the inside out. The gifts of recovery are just beyond description.

B is for Bounty. Have you reaped the bounty of being clean and sober. The gifts of recovery and numerous, priceless even.

B is for Bring. Bring the body, and the mind will follow. Bring newcomers to meetings and you will get the blessings too. Bring someone the message of recovery, they may not get sober, but you will stay sober.

B is for Blow. Don't blow your own horn, it is not yours to blow, but do endorse yourself for a job well done. We do the footwork, don't blow your sobriety by thinking you don't have to do your part.

B is for Believe. Believe in the program. Believe in your God. Believe in yourself. When you believe that all things work together for good, you will be amazed at how much goodness you are blessed with.
