What baggage do you have that is still following behind you after all this time? We get wrapped up in lies that we tell ourselves and we keep ourselves chained to bondage. This happens in relationships, self-perception, eating habits, and on and on. Jesus died for your sins, all of them. Don't keep sin around in your life to try to fulfill what only God can perfect.

So true. Had to detox, work the Steps to get true self-honest, accept what was even if I didn't like it, knowing it was subject to change, be it good or not so good.

I had to identify my feelings and remember the things that I buried so deeply, that it took time for them to surface. I had to deal with things as they came up, and as I was told, "We are only as sick as our secrets."
