2 prayer requests
I have 2 prayer requests:
1. My sister, Deb who has battling liver cancer for about 5 years now. (It is actually breast cancer that moved to her liver.) She went to the doctor yesterday to review test result from a CAT Scan. It was not good news. They found that her tumor markers are higher. Some of the tumors have gotten larger and there are more of them than there was before. Please pray that the chemotherapy will help her without the extreme side effects that it can cause. 2. The doctors found a cyst on one of my step-daughter, Alia's ovaries. She is having an ultrasound today and then discuss results with her doctor. She may have to it removed by surgery. She told me that she would call me after her appointment this afternoon. I will give you an update after I talk to her. Thank you for your prayers |

My sisters are in Las Vegas. Deb wanted to go to Las Vegas for a few days before she started a new IV Chemo drug therapy.
Please pray that they have a good time and a safe return. Please also pray that the chemo works for Deb without much side effects. She will start the new chemo next week. Thank you, |
Continued prayers Dave.

Deb had her first iv-chemo last Wednesday. So far the side effects haven't been too bad. She will have another treatment this Wednesday.

My daughter had surgery yesterday to remove the cyst on an ovary. Everything went well and she is doing good. Please send up a prayer of thanks for a successful surgery and also pray for a smooth recovery for Alia.
My sister Deb's condition is getting worse. Her liver is swollen and her tumor markers are up. She is having chemo today. (this is 2 weeks in a row...she usually has it once every two weeks). She is also battling with the side effects of the chemo treatments. Please continue to pray for her. Thank you, |
